The THBT Classic will offer two divisions of Parliamentary Debate (as needed).  Six preliminary rounds with appropriate elimination rounds.

It will follow NPDA guidelines with the following exceptions:

No prep materials (other than a standard dictionary and the rules for debating), group prep, or coaching during prep time.

Topic announcement in the room.

No warm room or disclosure.

A training workshop for new debaters will be held on Friday morning, Sept. 18.  The workshop is free.
