The Golden Eagle Speak Up Swing will feature public debate (IPDA,­ both individual and team), parliamentary debate (NPDA) two full I.E. tournaments with the standard eleven AFA/­NIET events as well as Radio Broadcasting, Editorial Impromptu, and Interviewing.  IPDA will have Novice, JV, Varsity, and Professional divisions (entry dependent), NPDA will have Novice and Open divisions (entry dependent), and Team IPDA will have an Open division.  NPDA and IPDA will have six preliminary rounds and IPDA will have four preliminary rounds.
