IE 2/1. Swing with Pt. 1.

Concordia College will be the physical host of two one-day IE tournaments with multiple ballots, a Q&A session in every round on the first day, and audience critiques on the second day.  All profits will benefit the NDSU forensics program, which operates on a substantially-reduced budget.
