IE 2/1. Swing with Part 1.
Speech on the Beach 2019 (it’s a swing) will be hosted by Del Mar College and San Jacinto College North on February 22-24, 2019. We will offer Parliamentary Debate, IE’s and IPDA. Those entered in IPDA may not cross enter events on Saturday. IPDA will follow Phi Rho Pi rules. Sunday will be only IE’s (NIET.) We welcome you to a great weekend!
