Welcome to the 21st season of the Parliamentary League of the Upper Midwest!  All PLUM tournaments include the following:

3 preliminary rounds with 2 elimination rounds (Phi Rho Pi style)

All breaking teams receive awards.  Top 5 speakers receive awards.

Topics will be of a policy, value, or metaphorical nature.

No coaching, team prep, or research allowed in the PLUMs.

The evening meal is included with the debaters entry fees.
