The Parliamentary League of the Upper Midwest, also known as PLUM, offers:
- 3 preliminary rounds with 2 elimination rounds
- All teams with winning records advance to the elimination rounds (Phi Rho Pi Style)
- Dinner is included for debaters with entry fees
- Topics will be policy, value, and metaphorical based. Round 3 will be an ethical case study
