This will be an IE swing hosted by Illinois State Forensics Alumni (Saturday) and Illinois State Forensics (Sunday).   We will offer all 11 IE events and novice divisions, if entries warrant.

Founded in 1857, ISU Forensics Union is the oldest student organization at Illinois State University.  Our membership roster includes UN Ambassadors, actors, news personalities, politicians and education professionals.  We are so thrilled to welcome these Redbirds “back to the nest” to connect them as resources to the current Forensics community – their support, enthusiasm and ballots will be incredibly valuable as we begin the tournament season.

The alumni tournament will be run by our alumni committee.  ISU students will be competing, but ISU will pay entry fees and supply judges.  Proceeds from the Saturday portion will be donated to a non-profit organization selected by the alumni committee.

The Sunday portion will be hosted by ISU Forensics.  ISU students will not compete, but will work to host a fun a welcoming event for our forensics colleagues.
