IE 2/1. Swing with Pt. 1. Radio Broadcasting and Editorial Impromptu.

The 2nd Annual Golden Eagle Speak Up Swing will feature public debate (IPDA,­ both individual and team), parliamentary debate (NPDA), and two full I.E. tournaments with the standard eleven AFA/­NIET events as well as Radio Broadcasting and Editorial Impromptu. IPDA will have Novice, JV, Varsity, and Professional divisions (entry dependent), NPDA will have Novice and Open divisions (entry dependent), and Team IPDA will have an Open division. IPDA will have six preliminary rounds while NPDA and Team IPDA will have four preliminary rounds.
